• Free shipping is only valid within the United States of America.

• We only ship to one address per order.    

• Free Gift with orders $125.00 or greater before tax.

Returns:

We have a 30 day money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return the product in its original unused condition with the original sales slip and receive a full refund or an exchange. Wax warmers must be returned in usable condition for a refund; please do not keep light bulbs or the removable dishes. The free shipping offer is only valid on the initial shipment, it does not apply to any returns, or exchanges. Please note that any order returned for a refund will be refunded within 2-3 business days of receiving the returned item, less shipping charges. The return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and is not eligible towards a refund; only the product is eligible for a refund. Unfortunately we do not offer returns or refunds on Refill Wax or Melts once it has been used.
